We would like to introduce our constant temperature tape adhesion testing machine, the 'QC-802A'. In a high-temperature environment, a 1-inch wide bar tape is applied to a stainless steel plate, and a standard roller weighing 4.5LB is used back and forth at a speed of 300mm per minute. By placing the steel plate on the tester and adding the specified counterweight, the required temperature can be set. GB 4851 (Test Method for the Durability of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tapes), the adhesion test method for gypsum, designed in accordance with YY/T0148 and YY 0852 standards, tests the adhesive holding power of adhesives such as pressure-sensitive tapes, stickers, band-aids, and hot melt products. The test specimen adhered at the test temperature is vertically suspended on a stand with a test plate, and a standard weight is attached to the bottom.
